Love this phone! Extremely nice customer service! I would definitely recommend buying from them! – I had originally bought 2 iPhone 8 plus’ from another seller. Both of those had issues and were returned. I had accidentally called Electronic Deals about the the 2 bad phones, not realizing I had not ordered the phones from them. They were so extremely nice to me on the phone, even though I never ordered from them, that I decided to give them a try and order a phone from them. This phone is in like new condition! Great phone – I ordered this product the day before Thanksgiving, but sadly it never came after it being a week late, and soon the package got lost. My daughter was very sad since she couldn’t obtain it, so I contacted the seller. He immediately sent another phone, even paying express shipping to make it come in a day. Giftable for Anyone – I really like how this product was worth the money. It was true to its description. It is unlocked and there was no hassle to convert it to our cellar provider. The fingerprint worked perfectly. Since it is a bit of an older phone, the batter can go down a bit more. Still recommend getting the product if you want an iPhone.

The battery is NOT good! – The battery life in this phone does not keep a charge for even one day especially if I’m talking on the phone off & on daily. I charge it every night because the low battery indicator comes on before bedtime every night. I have also been having to charge it at least once a day almost every day! Yesterday, I didn’t talk to anyone all day & it was already at 33% by 4 pm! I had charged it over night to 100%. Ended up having to recharge it around 6! My original Apple iPhone 8 Plus wasn’t even this bad. Put a new battery in my old one & the battery was great but I had other things not working on the phone that I use a lot so needed one that everything worked on. Everything works but the battery life stinks! Seems to me they would make a better battery for Apple iPhones!
