Looks new and packaging well protected contents – I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons… I received a single SIM card holder and was counting on 2 as the specs for the phone state. Secondly, the USB charger for the lightning cord, although well wrapped and looks brand new, got extremely hot within 10 minutes of charging the phone. Otherwise, the phone looks new and had no dings, dents, cracks or scratches.

A steal! – The S21 Ultra is a killer phone. It was 1200 full retail a year ago. I got the same phone 12 months later for 420 bucks. Screen is intact. Battery seems fine, I haven’t had it die on me and incharge it daily. Processor is snappy. I can’t wait to test the camera outdoors when the weather gets better.

And I dont know if the speaker has a problem but whe I am in a call the sound is not a loud. I need to compare with other phone.
